BisqueBook Support Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026 Updated: September 29, 2026 Support: glaze@bisquebook.app
1. Supported issues
We help with app crashes, camera or photo import problems, dictation and transcription issues, tile, series, and kiln-load editing, share-card and compare-image export, AI Glaze Read and Compare drafts, the Allow AI glaze features setting, and questions about how your data is handled.
2. How to request support
Email glaze@bisquebook.app with your app version (shown in the App Store), iOS version, iPhone model, and the steps that lead to the problem. A screenshot of the screen involved helps. Please don’t send passwords or photos of private spaces we don’t need.
3. Purchases and Apple refunds
BisqueBook is free and has no in-app purchases, so there is nothing to refund inside the app. Questions about App Store billing go to Apple through Report a Problem.
4. Local-data recovery limits
Your journal exists only on your device and in your own device backups. Because BisqueBook has no account or server copy, we cannot restore tiles that were deleted or lost with a device that wasn’t backed up.
5. Tracking permission
BisqueBook does not ask for tracking permission and does not track you, so there is no tracking setting to manage. To turn AI sharing on or off, use Me → Privacy & AI in the app. Camera, Photos, Microphone, and Speech Recognition access are managed in iOS Settings → BisqueBook.
6. Response expectations
We aim to reply within a few business days. Questions about kiln schedules, glaze chemistry, or material safety are outside app support.
